We understand that you want to tour the nation’s capital, but do you really need to do it wearing a hot pink helmet while swiveling your way around the streets? We weren’t part of the cool crowd in high school and even we think these are painful to observe. And on behalf of the D.C. dwellers that are constantly swarmed with these contraptions, we ask that you either walk or the editors at FPA will pop your tire.

Everyone who lives in DC works for the government and is a giant nerd. So these tourists make us feel cool for once.

Haha! I got nearly run over by one of these tours last time I went into DC (I’m 40 minutes west of the city). I didn’t notice how dorky they looked, just that they weren’t obeying customary pedestrian ettiquitte. Does that make me a dork too?
Just found this blog. Loving it!

So glad for this post…I just picked up 550 boxes of Krispy Kreme donuts this morning for High School Sign language fundraiser—for April trip to D.C.
