We all know that our parents had us in order to make us do slave labor. So when we witnessed this tiny tourist letting those who bore him pose in front of a Vietnamese pagoda, we were automatically curious. Apparently, they are already conditioning him to be a great photographer (ours conditioned us to be dishwashers). We bet he can be like that 12-year-old girl whose paintings sell for millions.

Cheating on Santa

For those of you who grew up with Elmo, you know he’s as friendly as can be. But if you came from a Communist, Sesame Street-less country (like us) your first assumption could be that he looks hungry enough to eat you. We would never let one of our random Santa hat wearing children pose with him. More importantly, since this pic was taken less than two weeks before X-mas, is letting your kid pose with Elmo actually cheating on Santa? We’d say so.
(taken at Rockefeller Center in NYC, where random people dress as Elmo because there are no Santa suits for miles)

We’d say getting your child addicted to Starbucks at the prepubescent age of 9 isn’t a good move. In this case, Mommy from Massachusetts wants to prove that she and her adoring princess can easily become part of a city that never sleeps. With only a few triple Ventis they can: briskly walk to the Empire State Building then take a jog to the Radio City Music Hall, run to the giant FAO Schwartz and walk around the corner for more Starbucks. Actually, we heard the white powdery stuff works just as well and is about the same price as Starbucks, its main competitor.
(submitted by Monica who is also addicted to Starbucks)
