Since most men haven’t invested in a murse, they are left depending on their significant others to provide adequate storage space while on a trip. And if their wive/oppressor wants them to hold it…BAM…they’re left with a pink purse on their shoulder. Moral of the story? Carry your own shit, or you’ll be punished — we bet these bags even have tampons inside.

This tourist’s superior purse-holding skills (while snapping a pic) make us want to buy him one of his own

Rockin’ a huge $15 Louis Vuitton bag — too bad he didn’t buy his wife the real thing.

This hubby even looks like he knows the proper purse holding etiquette…

Most people in big snotty cities (like New York) have gotten over the Burberry plaid obsession. And we understand them. In our opinion, Burberry plaid bags were ugly, stuffy and overpriced. Well, they were only overpriced if America’s suburban moms didn’t opt for a fake. Here, we do our first tourist expose of how the made-in-China-not-Italy purses keep infiltrating our city…nevermind the billions of same style plaid scarves still out there which, along with your toaster, are available on Amazon.com. Seriously, it shouldn’t take 10 years to buy something that’s not plaid.

(This white sneaker queen was last seen in Midtown Manhattan looking chic as ever)
Estimate Price: $17.50 because the handles look sturdier than usual

(There’s nothing better than an I Heart NY T-shirt and a nylon hooded vest to make this purse seem even less attractive)
Estimate Price: $3 because the handles look like they came from an electrical appliance dump and are putting significant strain on the poor teen’s wrist

(Perhaps the most genuine-rendition of our favorite design, but still a no go. Her K-Mart sunglasses give away the fact that her purse was recently haggled over in Chinatown)
Estimate Price: $12 because the nice Chinese man liked blondes

(Bundled up in Christmas spirit and carrying the “It” bag a decade too late)
Estimate Price: $4.50 it could have been in the double digits but the factory forgot to add red stripes to the plaid design
